Tony Silva visit

Tony Silva former member of the club and current Registrar of Motor vehicles for the state of RI will be visiting our club on December 6th.  Tony will fill us in on what has been happening at the DMV, the improvements that have been made with respect to customer service.  He may also get into the changes still to come and the status on the new computer system.  Join us for this fun and informative lunch with an old friend.
